Suggested Use
Adults: Take two (2) capsules per day, with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

Other ingredients
Vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate.
