Refunds and Returns

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to:

1. insufficient stock of the product(s) ordered;

2. inability to arrange delivery to your area; or

3. an incorrect price displayed for one or more products due to human or computer error, or incorrect pricing information supplied by a supplier.

You may notify us to cancel an order at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellation is effective only after we have confirmed it.

Please review the return or exchange policy stated for each product before placing an order.

Unless otherwise specified, returns and exchanges are not accepted. If, after receiving your order, you find that a product is damaged, its packaging is incomplete, its remaining shelf life is less than 30 days (excluding products identified as short-dated and sale products whose expiry dates are specifically stated), it has a quality issue, or a product is missing or incorrectly delivered, you may apply for a return or exchange within seven (7) days from the date of receipt, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

(a) you provide valid evidence and details of the item for which a return is requested;

(b) you provide valid documents or evidence showing that the affected product was purchased from healthexpress-mart.com;

(c) you photograph the affected product as soon as possible and send the images to us by email or instant messaging as evidence;

(d) the item requested for return is unused and remains in its original condition as sold; and

(e) you provide all parts and accessories supplied with the item, including manuals, certificates, labels, tags, consumables, bags and boxes.

If you satisfy the above requirements to our reasonable satisfaction, we will arrange the return and replacement of the same product within seven (7) days after approving the return. If the product is out of stock and payment has already been received, we may refund the price of that product to your original payment account.
