Payment method

HealthExpress-Mart offers a variety of secure payment methods. Actual available methods may vary by device, region, and what is displayed on the checkout page.

Online Instant Payment

  • Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, etc.
  • E-wallets: Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
  • Alipay+: Alipay, AlipayHK, and other Alipay+ supported wallets listed on the checkout page.

Credit card and e-wallet payments are securely processed by Shopify Payments or an activated payment service provider. Full credit card numbers are not stored on this website's servers.

Manual Payment

You can also choose Bank Transfer, PayMe, or FPS (Faster Payment System) at checkout.

  1. After creating your order, please complete the payment within 24 hours. The payment amount must match the total order amount.
  2. Please email the receipt or screenshot showing the payment date, time, and amount to cs@healthexpress-mart.com, or WhatsApp it to +852 9319 7977, and include your order number.
  3. It usually takes 1–2 business days for us to verify the payment. Once payment is confirmed, the order payment status will be updated, and an email notification will be sent.
  4. If valid proof of payment is not provided within the time limit, the order may be cancelled.

Any transaction fees charged by banks or payment platforms must be borne by the customer.
