Dispatch Arrangements
After an order is confirmed and payment is received, we will arrange dispatch within 3 days, except in special circumstances.
All delivery orders are shipped by SF Express. After dispatch, the relevant delivery and tracking information will be sent to you by email.

Please note: health supplement products are not delivered to Macao or Mainland China.

To ensure that your order is ready, please make an appointment with customer service via WhatsApp at 9319 7977 at least 1 day in advance.

Please visit for collection only after receiving confirmation from customer service. The detailed collection address will be provided after your order and appointment are confirmed.
SF Express Delivery Arrangements
Delivery is provided by SF Express. Actual delivery times, service areas, collection point or locker arrangements, and other delivery restrictions are subject to the latest arrangements of SF Express.
If you select an SF Store, SF Locker or another collection point, please ensure that the collection point information provided is correct.
If redelivery is required because the recipient information is incorrect or incomplete, no recipient is available, the parcel is not collected on time, or for any other reason caused by the recipient, the customer will be responsible for any additional delivery or related charges.
Delivery Restrictions
We do not deliver goods to freight forwarders or transshipment companies. Products will be delivered directly to the end user only.
Items in the same order can be delivered to one delivery address only. To deliver items to different addresses, please place separate orders with HealthExpress-Mart.
Delivery may be unavailable, or additional charges may apply, in certain remote areas, outlying islands, restricted areas, border control points, airports, theme parks, logistics warehouses, transshipment warehouses or other restricted locations.
Actual service coverage and surcharges are subject to the latest published information and delivery arrangements of SF Express.
Severe Weather and Force Majeure
SF Express collection and delivery services may be affected or suspended during typhoons, rainstorms, extreme weather, traffic disruptions or other force majeure events.
Any resulting delay will be handled according to actual logistics conditions and the latest announcements from SF Express.
HealthExpress-Mart reserves the right to adjust delivery and collection arrangements in response to operational, logistics or exceptional circumstances.
