Each capsule contains a 36:1 concentrate, meaning 1 gram of concentrate is equivalent to 36 grams of blueberries. Additionally, blueberry anthocyanins can improve microcirculation in the eyes, increasing rhodopsin, which is used for night vision, thereby maintaining eye health.
