Swanson Turmeric and Black Pepper capsules contain 600 mg of potent turmeric with added black pepper for optimal bioavailability. Since ancient times, Ayurvedic herbalists in India have used turmeric as a cardiovascular and liver health supplement, and to promote joint comfort and mobility. Modern science has found that turmeric contains unique phytochemicals called curcuminoids, which have powerful antioxidant properties and can enhance the activity of the body's own antioxidant enzymes, thus doubly clearing free radicals.

Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, take one to two vegetarian capsules daily with meals and warm water.

Hypromellose (vegetarian capsule), magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
