Sundance Vitamin D3 + K2 Complex contains 5,000 IU of Vitamin D3 and 100 mcg of Vitamin K2 in MK7 form, with just one capsule daily. Vitamin D3 is known as the "sunshine vitamin" because the body can synthesize it after exposure to sunlight. Vitamin K2, also known as menaquinone, is found in animal and fermented foods. Both Vitamin D3 and K2 are fat-soluble vitamins. Although the human body can naturally synthesize them, the ability to do so decreases with age.

Sundance Vitamins® K2 + MK7 Complex provides you with two forms of Vitamin K and essential Vitamin D3. Each quick-release capsule delivers Vitamin K-2 in MK-4 and MK-7 forms, offering comprehensive support for your daily Vitamin D and Vitamin K needs.

Directions for Use
