Ingredients
Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid), Citrus Bioflavonoid Complex (Citrus spp.) (fruit), Rose Hips (Rosa canina) (fruit). Other Ingredients: Cellulose (plant origin), Croscarmellose, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Vegetable Stearic Acid, Silica, Cellulose Coating.

Directions
For adults, take one coated capsule daily, preferably with a meal.
