Replenish essential Vitamin B-12 with Sundance Vitamins vegetarian quick-dissolving tablets! Each natural berry flavored tablet contains 6,000 mcg of B-12.

B vitamins are water-soluble, meaning they metabolize more quickly in the body. Similarly, water-soluble vitamins are eliminated from the body as quickly as they are absorbed. Since the human body can neither produce nor store water-soluble vitamins, we need to continuously replenish these vitamins daily to nourish our bodies.

Ingredients
Vitamin B-12. Other ingredients: Mannitol, Natural Flavors, Cellulose (plant origin), Crospovidone, Beetroot Color, Glucose, Vegetable Stearic Acid, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Sucralose, Silicon Dioxide.

Directions
For adults, take one quick-dissolving tablet daily, preferably with a meal.
