Vitamin B-12. Other ingredients: Mannitol, Natural Flavor, Cellulose (Plant Origin), Crospovidone, Beet Root Color, Dextrose, Vegetable Stearic Acid, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Sucralose, Silicon Dioxide.

Directions
For adults, take one quick-dissolve tablet daily, preferably with a meal.
