Milk thistle is a spiny, purple thistle, a close relative of the daisy family, that grows wild around the Mediterranean Sea. Milk thistle naturally contains silymarin, which has well-known antioxidant functions.

Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum) is a spiny, purple thistle that grows wild around the Mediterranean Sea. This flowering herb is a close relative of the daisy family and has been used for centuries in ancient wellness practices. Milk Thistle naturally contains an active ingredient called Silymarin, which is known for its antioxidant benefits.

Our formula is transparently free of GMOs, gluten, wheat, yeast, milk, lactose, soy, artificial color, artificial flavor, artificial sweetener, and preservatives.

Ingredients
Other Ingredients: Rice Powder, Gelatin Capsule, Calcium Silicate, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate.

Directions
For adults, take one (1) rapid release capsule one to two times daily, preferably with meals.
