The garlic used in these odorless softgels is carefully extracted from the bulb of the garlic plant, Allium sativum. Each serving delivers 1000 mg of odorless garlic from 10 mg of 100:1 extract, equivalent to 1000 mg of fresh garlic bulb. Directions
