Sundance Ultra Concentrated Ashwagandha Capsules contain 92 mg of 10:1 extract per serving, equivalent to 920 mg of Ashwagandha root. It is extracted from the root of Withania somnifera, a plant belonging to the nightshade family, typically grown in India, the Middle East, and parts of Africa. Although the plant's leaves contain the richest nutrients, the root is also rich in nutrients.

Each serving is equivalent to 92mg of 10:1 extract

Directions for Use
For adults, take two quick-release capsules daily, one to two times a day, preferably with meals.
