While L-Lysine is naturally found in certain dairy products, meats, and legumes, these vegetarian-coated capsules make it easier to add to your daily diet. One coated capsule provides 500 mg of L-Lysine.

Sundown Vitamins L-Lysine is also suitable for vegetarians – made with a vegetarian formula, non-GMO, free of gluten, wheat, yeast, milk, lactose, soy, artificial colors, artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners, and preservatives.

Ingredients
L-Lysine (Free Form). Other Ingredients: Dicalcium Phosphate, Cellulose (Plant Origin), Croscarmellose, Vegetable Stearic Acid, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide, Cellulose Coating.

Directions
For adults, take one coated capsule two to four times daily, preferably on an empty stomach.
