Iron is an essential mineral that the human body needs daily but cannot produce on its own. Many foods contain iron, including spinach, red meat, and legumes; however, obtaining an adequate amount of iron solely from food can be challenging. This is where these supplements come in.

Cellulose (Plant Origin), Sorbitol, Crospovidone, Croscarmellose, Vegetable Stearic Acid, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Silica, Cellulose Coating, Calcium Carbonate.

Directions
For adults, take one coated tablet daily, preferably with a meal and plenty of liquid.
