Vitamin B-6 is an essential B vitamin found in poultry, fish, potatoes, and chickpeas. Sundance VitaminsĀ® offers an easier way to get your daily requirement of B-6 with one high-potency vegetarian tablet per day.


Vitamin B6 works with Vitamins B1 and B2 to synthesize serotonin, converting tryptophan into niacin and melatonin, which aids sleep. Vitamin B6 also helps in the formation of porphyrin in red blood cells, which maintains the normal shape of red blood cells, thereby helping to support beauty.


Other ingredients:
Calcium Carbonate, Cellulose (Plant Origin), Croscarmellose, Vegetable Stearic Acid, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Silica.


Suggested Use:
For adults, take one tablet daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
