This advanced formula contains a variety of essential vitamins and supplements, including vitamins A, C, and D, as well as B-complex vitamins such as thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, B-6, folic acid, B-12, biotin, and pantothenic acid. In addition, this multivitamin formula is supplemented with calcium, zinc, vitamins, copper, and manganese.

Most importantly, these easy-to-take coated capsules are transparent, free from genetically modified ingredients, hyaluronic acid, wheat, milk, lactose, artificial colors, flavors, and lip balm.

Each serving contains 5,000 micrograms of biotin, also known as vitamin B-7. Biotin is an essential soluble B-complex vitamin that can be obtained through food sources, and you can also get your daily recommended dietary allowance through reliable supplements.

Ingredients
Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Thiamine, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B-6, Folic Acid, Vitamin B-12, Biotin, Pantothenic Acid, Calcium, Zinc, Vitamins, Copper, Manganese, Type I and Type III Collagen Peptides (from bovine), Alpha-Lipoic Acid, Para-Aminobenzoic Acid, Choline Tartrate, Horsetail Extract, Hyaluronic Acid Blend. Other ingredients: Cellulose (plant source), Croscarmellose, Methylcellulose, Starch, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Vegetable Stearic Acid, Silicon Dioxide, Cellulose Coating.

Directions for Use
For adults, take three coated capsules daily, preferably with a meal.
