Cellulose (Plant Origin), Croscarmellose, Polyethylene Glycol, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Polydextrose, Titanium Dioxide Color, Crospovidone, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Starch, Talc, Triglcerides, Sugar, Sodium Ascorbate, Silica, Tocopherol.

Directions:

For adults, take two (2) coated caplets daily, preferably with a meal.
