Calcium is an essential mineral that the human body cannot produce on its own, and therefore must be obtained through diet or supplements. Calcium is commonly found in foods such as milk, cheese, and dairy products, but not everyone can obtain it from these sources, especially those who are lactose sensitive or follow a lactose-free diet.

These Calcium + Vitamin D3 coated tablets are suitable for vegetarians, non-GMO, and free from gluten, wheat, yeast, milk, lactose, and artificial sweeteners.

This unique formula also contains added Vitamin D3. Vitamin D3 is known as the "sunshine vitamin" because the human body can produce it after exposure to sunlight.

Ingredients
Vitamin D, Calcium. Other ingredients: Acacia Gum, Maltodextrin, Croscarmellose Sodium, Cellulose (vegetable source), Polydextrose, Titanium Dioxide Color, Soy Polysaccharides, Starch, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Talc, Sucrose, Triglycerides, Sodium Ascorbate, FD&C Red No. 40 Lake, Mineral Oil, Silicon Dioxide, Tocopherols, FD&C Yellow No. 6 Lake, FD&C Blue No. 1 Lake, Polyethylene Glycol, Polyvinyl Alcohol, Magnesium Stearate, Crospovidone, Citric Acid, Triacetin, Propylene Glycol.

Directions for Use
For adults, take one coated tablet up to two times daily, preferably with a meal.
