Sundance 5-HTP 100 mg 50 Rapid Release Capsules

Sundance 5-HTP is a byproduct of the protein L-tryptophan and is extracted from the seeds of Griffonia simplicfolia, a plant native to Africa. This plant can grow up to 10 feet tall and is sometimes referred to as a climbing support plant. In ancient times, the leaves of this plant were used to brew palm wine, and its juice was consumed as a beverage.

Sundance 5-HTP 100 mg capsules are easy to take, non-GMO, and free of gluten, wheat, yeast, milk, lactose, soy, artificial colors, artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners, and preservatives.

Ingredients

5-HTP (5-Hydroxytryptophan). Other ingredients: Rice flour, gelatin capsule, vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Directions for Use

For adults, take one rapid release capsule three times daily on an empty stomach, as needed or before bedtime, as 5-HTP may cause drowsiness.

To reduce potential side effects such as nausea:

(1) Take 5-HTP with food or 30 minutes after a meal.

(2) For the first two weeks, take one capsule daily.
