Suggested Dosage:
Adults and children over 12 years old: 1 tablet daily. Dissolve the effervescent tablet in 200ml of water and drink.

Vitaminc® Sustained Energy Formula Vitamin B Complex Orange Flavoured Effervescent Tablets. Each tablet contains 8 types of Vitamin B (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, B12) combined with Vitamin C and 3 minerals. Each Vitamin B supports energy conversion and may effectively enhance concentration. Vitamin C and Zinc may help support the immune system. The formula is sugar-free, caffeine-free, and contains no artificial colours.
