Curcumin is the principal bioactive constituent of Turmeric (Curcuma longa), a plant belonging to the ginger family. Turmeric has been used as a coloring and flavoring agent in South Asian cuisines for centuries, and has also been recommended by traditional Ayurvedic herbalists for thousands of years. Curcumin has been extensively researched by modern scientists for its diverse biological activities.

Other Ingredients: Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), Calcium Laurate and Silicon Dioxide.

Suggested Usage:
Take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times daily with food.

Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nut or sesame ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
