For those involved in strenuous exercise, sleep and proper nutrition are crucial for proper recovery. NOW® Sports R&R Rest and Repair is formulated to address both of these concerns with ingredients that promote restful sleep and enhance the body's recovery processes.

Suggested Usage
Take 3 capsules 1 hour before bedtime.

Store in a cool, dry, dark place after opening.


Other Ingredients: Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (cellulose capsule), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Stearic Acid (vegetable source) and Silicon Dioxide.
