Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCTs) are fats that are naturally found in coconut and palm kernel oils, but NOW® Sports Organic MCT Oil is 100% sourced from organic coconut oil. Compared to other types of fats, MCTs are more easily and rapidly digested. Suggested Use:
