NOW® Sports Egg White Protein is an excellent natural source of high-quality protein. Good quality proteins rate high on the PDCAAS (Protein Digestibility Corrected Amino Acid Score), the most accurate measure of a protein's quality. When used, NOW® Sports Egg White Protein is rated as one of the highest quality proteins available. A good mix of proteins from different sources provides the best results, and quality NOW® Sports Egg White Protein is an excellent addition to any protein supplementation program.
This egg white powder has been pasteurized, which inactivates the avidin glycoprotein. Therefore, biotin supplementation is not necessary with this product.

Suggested Use
Mix 1/4 cup into 12 oz. of milk or other liquid daily. This powder can also be used in cooking recipes, with two level tablespoons of powder being equivalent to two egg whites.

Other Ingredients
Egg white powder.

Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
