Suggested Use:
One full pump dispenses approximately 1.3 g of cream, providing 20 mg of USP bio-identical progesterone derived from wild yam. The container provides approximately 65 pumps. Apply one pump and massage into smooth skin areas such as the wrists, inner arms or thighs, chest or abdomen. Premenopausal women: use once daily for 21 days, discontinue for 7 days, then repeat. These are general recommendations and may need to be adjusted for individual needs.
