For aromatherapy use. For all other uses, carefully dilute with a carrier oil such as jojoba, grapeseed, olive, or almond oil prior to use. Please consult an essential oil book or other professional reference source for suggested dilution ratios.

Suggested Use:
Blends well with: Bergamot essential oil, Lemongrass essential oil, Peppermint essential oil, and Thyme essential oil.
For example:
Brain invigorating formula: 3 drops of Rosemary essential oil and 2 drops of Peppermint essential oil.
Muscle fatigue relief formula: 3 drops of Rosemary essential oil and 3 drops of Lemongrass essential oil, for massage.
