Studies indicate that the fiber content in the American diet is typically about half the government's recommended levels. Psyllium husks can be a convenient way to increase dietary fiber intake. When psyllium is ingested with liquid, it can expand up to 50 times its initial volume. This bulking action plays an important role in maintaining regularity and gastrointestinal health.

Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

Other ingredients: Hypromellose (cellulose capsule) and Stearic Acid (vegetable source).
May contain traces of sesame.

Take 3 capsules with at least 8 oz. of liquid, 2 to 3 times daily.

Store in a cool, dry place after opening.

Caution: Take this product with at least a full glass of liquid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not use this product if you have difficulty swallowing.
