Extraction Method:
Steam distilled from peppermint leaves and stems.

For aromatherapy use. For all other uses, carefully dilute with a carrier oil such as jojoba, grapeseed, olive, or almond oil prior to use. Please consult an essential oil book or other professional reference source for suggested dilution ratios.

Suggested Use:
Add 1 drop of pure peppermint oil, 1 drop of rosemary oil, and 2 drops of cinnamon oil to a diffuser. Enjoy the vitalizing and uplifting aroma of this essential oil blend.

Storage Instructions:
After use, close the cap immediately to prevent oxidation of the essential oil. For best results, store the essential oil at room temperature in its original bottle.
