How do we sprout brown rice?
We sprout organic brown rice using the only system of its kind in the US. We use state-of-the-art technology to sprout brown rice through a humidity/steam process, which differs from other producers who soak their rice in water. Our sprouting process gradually increases temperature and humidity, creating an environment favorable for sprouting. At the optimal moment, the process is interrupted just before germination, and moisture is reduced in the final stage, thus preserving the valuable nutrients of the rice. This method has many advantages over soaking techniques, including virtually eliminating any bacteria, and providing you with nutritious, delicious, and very excellent organic sprouted brown rice.

Ingredients:
Organic Sprouted Brown Rice

Cooking Instructions:
1. Add 1 cup of raw organic sprouted brown rice to 2 1/2 cups of water in a pot.
2. Stir to combine all ingredients.
3. Cover and cook on low heat for 45-50 minutes.
4. Uncover and let stand for 5 minutes.
5. Fluff with a fork and enjoy.
