Omega 3-6-9 is a blend of Flax Seed Oil, Evening Primrose Oil, Canola Oil, Black Currant Oil and Pumpkin Seed Oil. This combination of well-known nutritional oils has a unique balance of Omega-3, Omega-6 and Omega-9 fatty acids. Omega-3s, Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA), and Omega-6s, GLA, play important roles in the maintenance of healthy skin and immune system function. Dietary Oleic Acid, a monounsaturated Omega-9 fatty acid, has been associated with healthy cardiovascular function.

Natural variation in polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats may occur. Each serving may provide the following naturally occurring fatty acids: Omega-3 [45% Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA)]; 26.5% Omega-6 [Linoleic Acid (LA) and Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA)]; 17.5 % Omega-9 [Oleic Acid]; 11% Other Omegas (Short Chain Fatty Acids, etc.)

Suggested Usage
Take 2 softgels daily with a meal.

Softgel Capsule (bovine gelatin, water, glycerin, caramel color, carob powder).

Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish or shellfish ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
