Melatonin is a potent free radical scavenger naturally produced in the pineal gland and present in high amounts in the GI tract. It is involved in many biological functions of the body, brain and glandular by helping to regulate healthy sleep/wake cycles, the immune system and healthy GI tract lining.


Other Ingredients: Magnesium Citrate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Hypromellose (cellulose capsule) and Stearic Acid (vegetable source).

Suggested Usage:
Take 1 capsule with water before bedtime. This product is not intended for long-term use. Use for more than 4 weeks continuously must be supervised by a healthcare professional.

Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nut or sesame ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
