Ingredients: Pure Lavender Oil

Aroma: Floral

Attributes: Soothing, Normalizing, Balancing
Extraction Method: Steam distilled from flowering tops (flowers & stems) and leaves.

For aromatherapy use. For all other uses, carefully dilute with a carrier oil such as jojoba, grapeseed, olive, or almond oil prior to use. Please consult an essential oil book or other professional reference source for suggested dilution ratios.

Suggested Use: (For use with a diffuser)
Head Soothing: 3 drops lavender oil, 3 drops peppermint oil, and 3 drops chamomile oil
Headache from fatigue: 1 drop lavender oil, 1 drop rosemary oil, and 1 drop petitgrain oil.
Anxiety Relief: 1 drop lavender oil, 1 drop geranium oil, and 1 drop palmarosa oil.
Sleep Aid: 1 drop Roman chamomile oil, 1 drop lavender oil, and 1 drop cedarwood oil.

Storage Instructions:
After use, please close the bottle tightly immediately to prevent oxidation of the essential oil. For best results, continue to store the essential oil at room temperature and in its original bottle.
Please try to avoid storing essential oils near any heat sources, such as (including): cabinets near stoves, places exposed to direct sunlight, and humid places like bathrooms.
