L-Methionine is an essential amino acid, meaning it cannot be manufactured by the body and must be obtained through diet or supplementation. L-Methionine supports the production of glutathione (a free radical scavenger) and thereby assists in natural detoxification processes. In the body, L-Methionine can also be converted into SAMe (S-Adenosyl Methionine), a compound that supports healthy joints. In addition, the body relies on ingested sulfur-containing amino acids, such as L-Methionine, to synthesize proteins and biologically active sulfur.

Natural color variation may occur in this product.

Suggested Use
Take 2 tablets daily as needed, preferably on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Store in a cool, dry place after opening.

For adults only. Consult physician if pregnant/nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. L-Methionine may increase blood homocysteine levels in some individuals. Keep out of reach of children.

Other Ingredients
Cellulose, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Silica, Croscarmellose Sodium, Silica and Vegetarian Coating.

Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
