NOW® Glucosamine & Chondroitin combines some of the most well-known nutrients for healthy joints. Scientific studies have shown that Glucosamine and Chondroitin can promote normal joint mobility and comfort. Trace Mineral Concentrate and Alfalfa have been included as complementary ingredients to provide optimal nutritional support for the maintenance of healthy joint structures.

Suggested Use
Take 2 capsules twice daily.
Other Ingredients
Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source) and silicon dioxide.

Contains: Shellfish (crab, shrimp, lobster, crayfish).
