Suggested Use
Take 3 capsules with 2 of your largest meals daily. Do not exceed 6 capsules per day. Take at least 4 hours before or after fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) or medications.
Warnings
Store in a cool, dry place after opening.

Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), Stearic Acid (vegetable source) and Silicon Dioxide.

Contains shellfish (shrimp).
