NOW® Chewable Vitamin D-3 supplies this key vitamin in a tasty chewable form. Vitamin D is normally obtained from the diet or produced by the skin from the sun's ultraviolet energy. However, it is not abundant in food. As more people avoid sun exposure, Vitamin D supplementation becomes even more necessary to ensure that your body receives an adequate supply.

Other ingredients: Xylitol, Sorbitol, Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Natural Fruit Flavors (fruit punch, strawberry, raspberry), Beet Powder, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Ascorbyl Palmitate, Citric Acid and Silicon Dioxide.

Suggested Usage:
Adults and Children (5 years & up): Chew 1 tablet daily with a meal.

Other ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), Silicon Dioxide and MCT (medium chain triglycerides).
