B-50 capsules contain a complete complex of B vitamins, as well as choline and inositol. These vitamins help with energy production, maintaining healthy homocysteine levels, and may contribute to nervous system health. B vitamins, with the exception of B-12, are water-soluble and have limited storage in the body, so daily supplementation is required. While B-12 is stored in the liver, and dietary sources are limited to animal products (meat and dairy), B-12 supplementation is important for newborns.

Ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), and silicon dioxide.

This product does not contain wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, or peanut ingredients. This product is produced in a GMP facility that also processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

Suggested Use
Take 1 tablet daily with a meal.

For adults only. Consult a physician if you are pregnant/nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Keep this product out of reach of children. This product contains biotin, which may affect blood test results in some cases.
