Completia is a daily multivitamin, specially formulated with high-potency B vitamins and antioxidant vitamins A, C, E, and selenium. It is packed with vitamins and minerals essential for overall health, plus a special phytonutrient herbal antioxidant active blend, rich in beneficial ingredients such as alpha-lipoic acid, cinnamon, and fenugreek.

Suggested Use
Adults take 2 tablets daily, preferably with food.

Other Ingredients
Cellulose, stearic acid, hydroxypropyl cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, glycerin, gelatin. Dairy-free and artificial color-free.
