5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) is a precursor to serotonin, a neurotransmitter produced in the body that regulates mood and appetite.
We extract 5-HTP from the Griffonia simplicifolia bean and combine it with Vitamins B6 and C.
Warnings
Do not take this product if you are under 12 years of age, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not take this product if you suffer from or are taking medication for epilepsy, scleroderma, Parkinson's disease or if you are taking antidepressant drugs. 5-HTP should not be used if you have a gastrointestinal (GI) disorder such as ulcers, irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis or celiac disease. If you are taking any medications, consult a healthcare professional before use. Some people may experience gastrointestinal (GI) discomfort, including abdominal cramping, nausea or diarrhea when taking this product. If discomfort persists, discontinue use. This product may cause drowsiness; do not drive or operate heavy machinery when taking this product.
Keep out of reach of children. Sealed for your protection with inner seal. Do not use if seal is broken or missing. Keep tightly closed. Store at room temperature. Avoid excessive heat and direct sunlight.

Suggested Use
Adults take 1-2 tablets 3 times daily with food or as recommended by a healthcare professional.
