Product Efficacy:

Natrol Melatonin 5 mg Time Release, combined with Vitamin B6, helps you fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer.

The fast-dissolving outer layer helps you fall asleep quickly, while the controlled-release inner layer helps you stay asleep throughout the night.

Suggested Use:
