Now Brewer's Yeast is a true whole food supplement that contains a variety of naturally occurring vitamins and minerals, most notably B-vitamins. Brewer's Yeast naturally contains B-vitamins such as Thiamine (Vitamin B-1), Riboflavin (Vitamin B-2), Niacin, Vitamin B-6, Folic Acid, Biotin and Pantothenic Acid. In addition, Brewer's Yeast contains other components such as Amino Acids and Beta-Glucans. No synthetic vitamins are added to the yeast during processing.

Suggested Use
Take 3 tablets 3 times daily with food.

Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Croscarmellose Sodium, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Silicon Dioxide.
