Now Vitamin K is an essential nutrient for daily health, helping to supplement daily bone and nutritional needs. MK-7 uses MenaQ7® complex, a non-soy derived and highly bioavailable form of Vitamin K-2. It helps support calcium absorption and utilization, and promotes bone and overall health.

Suggested Use
Take 1 softgel daily with a meal.

Other Ingredients
Rice flour, hypromellose (cellulose capsule), maltodextrin, ascorbyl palmitate and silicon dioxide.

Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, or sesame ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

Produced and quality tested in the USA with globally sourced ingredients.
