Now Niacinamide (Vitamin B-3) is a water-soluble B-complex vitamin and a superior derivative of Niacin. It is a gentle form that does not cause the "flush" reactions commonly associated with Niacin intake. Niacinamide can be converted into key coenzymes (such as NAD+) that support overall health.

Suggested Use
Take 1 tablet daily with a meal.
