Suggested Use
Adult Dosage (18+ years):
For brain and cardiovascular health, and as a source of Omega-3, EPA, and DHA: Take 1 softgel daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
For lowering triglyceride levels & promoting mood balance: Take 2 softgels daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
For inflammation: Take 3 softgels daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
For rheumatoid arthritis (19+ years): Take 4 softgels daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
