Jamieson Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) 100 mg helps metabolize amino acids and carbohydrates, and promotes nervous system health. It participates in red blood cell synthesis and aids in tissue formation.

Directions
Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with a meal. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.

Ingredients
Each tablet contains:
Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) 100 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients:
Cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, modified cellulose gum, vegetable stearic acid, hydroxypropyl cellulose, water-soluble cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate.
Contains no salt (NaCl), sugar, starch, gluten, lactose, artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives.
