equivalent to 1,000 mg of raw herb.

Ingredients: Each softgel contains:
Fish Oil (anchovy, sardine, and mackerel) 834 mg
Providing 500 mg Omega-3 Fatty Acids:
Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) 300 mg
Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) 200 mg
Turmeric (50:1) Extract (Curcuma longa, rhizome) 20 mg equivalent to 1,000 mg raw herb, standardized to 95% Curcuminoids

Other ingredients:
Gelatin, beeswax, glycerin, lecithin (soy), carob, natural lemon flavour. Contains sulfites.

No starch, lactose, gluten, artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives.

Directions:
Adults: Take 2 softgels daily.
Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.
