Jamieson Niacin (Vitamin B3) 500 mg helps improve blood circulation, supports the digestive system, and boosts energy.

Directions for Use
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.

Ingredients
Each tablet contains:
Niacin (Nicotinic Acid) 500 mg

Non-medicinal Ingredients:
Cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, modified cellulose gum, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, silica.
Free from gluten, lactose, starch, artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended dose unless directed by a physician. Some individuals may experience skin flushing due to niacin sensitivity, which is usually mild and temporary.
