Suggested Use:
Take 1 sublingual tablet before bed. Do not drive or operate machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Consult a healthcare practitioner if using for more than 1 month. For jet lag: For occasional short-term use, take 1 tablet at bedtime each night while traveling, until adapted to the new daily pattern. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.

Other Ingredients:
Mannitol, cellulose, calcium silicate, sodium sulfate, crospovidone, natural flavors (debittered, peppermint), vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, sucralose, peppermint oil, and menthol.

Free from gluten, lactose, artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.

Warnings:
Avoid alcohol, other medications, or natural health products with sedative properties. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are taking anticoagulants, anticonvulsants, blood pressure medication, immunosuppressive drugs, sedatives, hypnotics, or psychotropic medications, or steroids.
