Jamieson Ashwagandha capsules help you easily cope with stress and boost vitality. This product features a non-GMO, vegan formula, with each capsule containing 6,000 mg of Ashwagandha dried powder.

Directions
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.

Ingredients
Each capsule contains:
Ashwagandha (10:1) Extract 600 mg
(Withania somnifera, root) equivalent to 6,000 mg of dried herb

Non-medicinal ingredients:
Dicalcium phosphate, water-soluble cellulose, cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, silica.
Non-GMO. No salt (NaCl), starch, gluten, lactose, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Warnings
Consult a healthcare practitioner if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia).
Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness.
Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
